Fear is waking up with the feeling of loss
the sky black and air cold
walking amongst the dead houses
first signs of the turning towards the lesser seasons

Fear is the phone silent
no one reaching out anymore
no plans, no horizon in sight
the world out of sync

Fear paralyzes
     punishes
     reminds of hurts
     is regret
